• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Active Michigan RN License
• Labor & Delivery experience
• BLS (Healthcare Provider)

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• 4+ years of Labor & Delivery experience
• 2+ years of healthcare leadership experience
• NRP
• AWHONN-EFM
• AWHONN-POEP
• STABLE Certification (current or obtainable within one year)

• Lead and oversee the Obstetrics/Labor & Delivery department.
• Coordinate patient care using the nursing process.
• Ensure safe, high-quality maternal and newborn care.
• Lead quality improvement and performance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, education, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Support patient flow, departmental operations and staff development.
• Provide education for Labor & Delivery patients and staff.
