Job Description

A Day in the Life

• Coordinate the daily operations of the Physician Practice / Ambulatory Practice, including front office and clinical support staff as well as other patient flow functions. Perform duties as delegated within the scope of practice and validated competencies.
• Act as a respected clinical expert and valued partner in care, serving as a mentor, educator, and strong healthcare advocate. Participate in clinical decision‑making and improve the quality of work life.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operations to support optimal patient care, including providing assistance to teammates and providers when necessary.
• Work in a small office environment that values work‑life balance, without nights or on‑call duties.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of two years of progressively increased responsibility in a clinical or health‑related office setting.

Additional Information

Munson Healthcare requires all employees to be vaccinated or have lab‑confirmed immunity for measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella.
