Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases on production and pre‑production equipment, documenting results accurately.
- Identify, log, and track defects using the company’s defect management system.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and update test plans, test cases, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in audits and compliance checks against ISO and internal quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in engineering or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with manual testing and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Test Rail).
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
