Real Estate Broker

The Real Estate Broker at Blue Whale Lending LLC is an integral role aimed at driving real estate transactions on behalf of the company. Our ideal candidate will be dynamic, dedicated, and experienced, with a proven record in real estate sales and exceptional skills in negotiation and communication.

• Identify, appraise and list commercial and residential properties for sale.
• Prepare and review purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Guide clients throughout the selling and buying process, ensuring they understand real estate laws, procedures and documents.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Coordinate appointments to show homes and properties to prospective buyers.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective clients through networking and cold calling to expand the customer base, and maintain relationships with current and past clients to generate referrals.
• Negotiate, or oversee negotiations, during property sales and purchases to achieve the most favorable terms for clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or any additional certification in a similar field is an added advantage.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and a valid real estate broker's license.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role.
• Strong knowledge about real estate markets and best practices, laws and regulations, with an ability to handle mortgage related queries.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication, and networking skills, together with the ability to manage multiple clients concurrently.
• Problem‑solving mindset with incredibly strong ethical standards and customer service orientation.
