Bartender

Grille 44 is seeking an experienced Bartender to join their team in Bear Lake, Michigan. This full-time position is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys creating great guest experiences, crafting quality beverages, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of bar operations, from preparing drinks and serving guests to maintaining inventory, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service standards.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Set up and break down the bar before and after service
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with minimizing waste
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws

• Bartending or bar service experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong cash-handling and POS system skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
