Assistant Store Manager

Tapper's has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager with retail store management experience, luxury and jewelry would be preferred, but not required. • Sales, Staffing and Operations Management Experience
• Highly effective team player with ability to close sales and handle customer issues in a professional manner
• Organized and detail oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines
• Creative problem solving ability
• Highly effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to work regular store hours and flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings and extended hours when necessary
