This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Troy, MI for an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will support daily operations, including supervising the team, ensuring store goals are met, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with customer relations, maintaining store presentation, overseeing inventory and loss prevention, and contributing to a positive team environment.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment and effectively interact with customers and staff.
• Proven Store Management experience, including inventory oversight and achieving sales and operational goals.
• Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices to uphold store security and reduce losses effectively.
• Leadership qualities and organizational abilities to manage a team and daily store activities effectively.
• Previous experience in the retail or optical industry is a plus but not required.
