AE - Stock Associate - Early Morning; Off

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You're passionate about AEO Brand Standards, have an eye for merchandising, and keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

• Effectively and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising to keep product moving.
• Maintain the Stockroom as a clean, organized, and efficient hub, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a game plan, and take action to correct them.
• Step in to help fellow team members with non‑stock tasks or guest assistance as needed.
• Prioritize safety standards in both the Stockroom and on the Sales floor, following Asset Protection standards and AEO policies.

• Prior stock‑related experience.
