Compensation

Hourly wage equals or exceeds the minimum wage at the job location: $15 - $28 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Front‑end checkout associates operate registers, greet customers, ring up items, process payments, and maintain a positive attitude. They may stand for long periods of time and must be ready to help with customer questions and needs.
