Merchandise Operations Associate-PT

Job Description

• Assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling functions, including maintaining merchandise organization.
• Perform operational daily tasks to support store sales, profitability and enhance the customer experience.
• Complete daily store operations and direct leads and managers as required.
• Handle merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack and ship online and store customer orders.
• Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure standards are followed.
• Manage merchandise price changes, reticketing; sign and move product once marked.
• Handle reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks and related inventory control processes.
• Take responsibility for back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance.
• Under guidance of Managers and Visual Merchandisers, merchandise product and set sale events and signage, ensuring standards are followed.
• Support set‑up and take down of in‑store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas.

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks with a "win together" mentality.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds for certain roles.
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary range: $17.05 - $21.32 per hour. The starting pay may vary by market, experience and other qualifications.
