Support Associate - Soma

Flexible schedules, 4-20 hours/week. Day, evening, and weekend shifts available.

The Support Associate supports a customer- and product-focused sales culture, ensuring operations align with core principles across store activities.

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for floor replenishment; reorganize merchandise to maximize space.
• Merchandise new products and ensure timely representation.
• Enter receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile invoices with received items, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and promptly.
• Process visual packet materials, props, and signage; store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert store management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement as directed.
• Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.

• Model, support, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni‑channel experience.

• Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
• Seek personal developmental opportunities and solicit feedback readily.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position may be found in multiple brands; some duties may vary from brand to brand.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to learn or adapt to company‑provided technology.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, associates, and management; wear or communicate via headset.
• Regular attendance essential; must work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Constant walking/standing – 67–100% of an 8‑hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. – 1–33% of an 8‑hour shift.
• Frequent climbing – 34–66% of an 8‑hour shift.
