Job Overview

The Keyholder is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store. Responsibilities include sales, client experience, safeguarding assets, and supporting store operations.

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing.
• Drive sales goals by providing exceptional client experience and supporting the sales team.
• Maintain accuracy in cash transaction management according to operating procedures.
• Safeguard store assets and ensure visual and operational standards.
• Resolve client‑related issues and provide feedback to store management.
• Exhibit decision‑making and multitasking while prioritizing service.

• Prior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple technology.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and remain on feet during shift.

Part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt. In‑store location. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays due to seasonality.
