RPM Pizza is a leading Domino’s franchise with over 175 stores across five states, including Indiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in store operations, supporting the General Manager and leading the team during shifts.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Uphold and represent a strong brand image.
  • Manage the store and team with a high-volume mindset.
  • Meet all service goals and operational targets.
  • Handle organizational and inventory tasks.
  • Train and coach team members to achieve product, service, and image results.
  • Utilize advanced equipment and technology in pizza production.
  • Maintain safety standards.
  • Resolve problems and take ownership of issues.
  • Operate all store equipment, including oven-tending.
  • Apply time management and multitasking skills in a competitive environment.
  • Create a fun, happy, and exciting environment for customers and team members.
  • Schedule, manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
  • Implement marketing tools and strategies.
  • Manage store cleanliness and meet board of health standards.
  • Lead all team members toward achieving store goals.
  • Work 40+ hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Minimum age 18 years or older.
  • Strong communication and verbal skills.
  • Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Food Safety Certified as required by the area.
