OPERATIONS SUPPORT COORDINATOR - COMMERCIAL TANKLESS WATER HEATING

Facilities Resource Group (FRG) engineers, produces, installs and services commercial tankless water heating systems for clients across the United States. We specialize in delivering innovative and sustainable water heating solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

SUMMARY

The Operations Support team provides administrative, operational support that allows the business to remain efficient in daily operations. Roles within this team require a collaborative work style
, self-driven nature, proactive communication, initiative taking, organized work habits, a passion for customer service and excellent attention to detail.

JOB DETAILS
  • Location: Comstock Park, MI (Onsite)
  • Pay: $20 - $24 / hour (BOE)
  • Shift: Mon-Fri, 1st shift
  • Reports to: Director of Business Operations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Proactively addressing time-sensitive issues and taking initiative to solve problems
  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls from internal and external parties
  • Making calls to obtain feedback after store installs, service calls and/or quotes
  • Entering quotes and other technical customer information into customer profiles ( ERP )
  • Reviewing and verifying accuracy of profile details, work orders and parts information
  • Demonstrating professionalism in all written and verbal interactions
  • Running standardized weekly reports
  • Participating in after-hours call rotation (appx 1x/week after trained)
  • Other tasks as requested

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Understanding of/familiarity with construction project coordination / project-based documentation and workflows;
  • Ability to frequently shift priorities or tasks throughout the day, but still complete them timely and accurately;
  • Previous experience working as part of a collaborative team within a fast‑paced environment;
  • Experience handling a high volume of calls, emails and transactions in a fast‑paced work environment;
  • Familiarity with plumbing and/or plumbing systems ideal
REQUIREMENTS
  • MUSTbe of legal hiring age and legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship;
  • MUSThave a high school diploma, GED or equivalent;
  • MUSTbe highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • MUSThave 1-2 years of customer service experience;
  • MUSThave 1-2 yrs data entry (Oracle Net Suite ERPorCSMideal);
  • PREFER candidates who've worked with commercial contracts / projects (i.e., mechanical contractors, architects, engineers).
