Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

Assist customers with wireless products and services, including cell phones, plans, accessories, and home services such as Direct TV. Process sales transactions using the company’s point-of-sale system. Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide product recommendations to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work history in retail sales or a customer‑facing business.
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, travel to local events, set up and tear down, and stand on feet all day.
• Passion for helping people and strong customer focus.
• Positive dynamic personality and strong communication skills.
• Grit and determination to achieve sales goals.
• A desire to grow professionally, potentially into leadership and store management.
