Stand Out For Good, Inc. is a rapidly growing women’s fashion company with 5 unique brands, located in 130+ stores across 38 states.

The Brand Representative provides a world‑class shopping experience for guests and contributes to the overall success and profitability of the retail business.

• Welcome every guest warmly, determine their needs, assist with finding the right merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities to increase sales.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world‑class guest experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and keep shelves, displays, and the store clean, neat, and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Assist with inventory management tasks including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including safety protocols.
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policy, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Report to work as scheduled, record time worked accurately, and remain flexible to the needs of the business.

This position requires extensive periods of standing and walking throughout the day, frequent bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and carrying of items up to 25 lbs. It also requires sufficient manual dexterity, visual and auditory abilities, and communication skills.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
