Inventory Control Supervisor - Troy

Summary

The Inventory Control Supervisor manages the boutique’s inventory and related processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role handles receiving, ticketing, shipping and returns, supports cycle counts and bi-annual inventories, and maintains inventory records and supplies. The position works closely with store management and sales teams to support replenishment and the client experience.

• Receive and process incoming shipments and returns within the business day with complete documentation
• Print and ticket merchandise, process price updates, and manage damaged items
• Generate packing, shipping transfers and RTVs; organize after-sales service processing and follow-up
• Organize and participate in weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain filing systems and inventory records accurately and neatly
• Order and maintain shipping, selling, store and kitchen supplies

• 2+ years of experience in operations; luxury retail experience preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task with accuracy
• Experience using internal systems and external shipping software
• Ability to follow written and verbal policies and focus on asset protection
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
