About the Company

We serve automotive, aerospace, food & beverage, data centers, chemical, metals, power generation, general industrial, heavy equipment, and oil/gas markets.
Responsibilities- Enter customer orders and quotes into ERP system (Cloud Suite Distribution)
- Support field sales team via quoting, order entry, and order statuses
- Assist field sales with new part setups, sourcing requests, and non‑stock items in collaboration with Corporate Purchasing
- Proactively identify issues and provide solutions
- Suggest cost savings, process improvements, and enhanced customer service
- Demonstrate product knowledge proficiency by staying current with available resources
- Use ticketing system for communications with internal and external customers (Zendesk)
- Work closely with other departments to provide exemplary customer service

- Good mechanical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp technical information
- 3 years customer service experience in distribution preferred
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Must stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, talk and hear on a regular basis
