Sales Associate

Tecovas is passionate about offering an incredible customer experience for first‑time boot buyers and western enthusiasts alike. As a Tecovas Sales Associate you will support the store leadership team by creating a store environment that delivers an unmatched customer experience. You will provide exceptional service throughout the sales floor – greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking, and overall shopkeeping.

• Support a sales‑driven environment and demonstrate extraordinary service standards
• Deliver high‑quality product services with attention to detail – such as branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, and boot shines – to ensure a premium customer experience
• Support the store team with receiving shipments and preparing product for floor placement
• Plan for, track, and communicate all in‑transit shipment information to the leadership team
• Maintain an efficient and well‑organized stockroom ensuring accessibility to employees
• Assist in and/or lead the restock process to continually maintain store stock levels
• Demonstrate loss prevention awareness through assisting in cycle counts and transfers
• Participate in ongoing staff education and share product knowledge
• Assist in the maintenance of building facilities

• High School Diploma
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as required
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Must be able to reliably commute to and from the work location
• Must be available to work 15‑20 hours per week, including weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), evenings, and holidays as needed

The hourly rate for this position is $17. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
