We are looking for a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will use your coaching skills to lead by example, provide inspirational and personalized customer service, and meet sales and customer service targets. You will also manage cash handling duties and open/close the store on a rota basis.

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with daily store operations.
• Lead by example in providing authentic, personalized customer service to meet sales and service targets.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire the sales team.
• Handle start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Maintain a fast‑paced retail environment during days, nights, weekends, and special events.

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Prior supervisory or coaching experience to help the team achieve goals.
• Experience with cash handling, cash reconciliation, and opening/closing procedures.
• Familiarity with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
• Right to work in the United States and willing to provide proof if requested.

Hourly Pay Range: $17.63 to $29.38 (exact rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget). Eligible employees may also participate in a highly competitive bonus program.
