As the Retail Merchandising Associate, you will drive sales within an assigned Grand Rapids, MI territory. Your responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and manage product inventory, display, and presentation.
- Optimize the inventory mix at retail locations through planograms, instant ticket ordering and returns.
- Ensure customer standards of excellence are met at all points of retail distribution.
- Educate retailers and players to maximize sales.
- Review statistics with retailers consistently.
- Follow all lottery procedures such as picking up, dropping off, transferring, closing, and returning tickets to our warehouse.
- Complete required paperwork and assist with other projects as assigned.
- Quarterly sales incentive opportunities available.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience in retail or wholesale, be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on company‑provided tablets or computers, hold a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and reside in the region.

The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $33,678 – $48,111. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements where applicable. Base pay is part of our Total Rewards program. Non‑exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, employees receive a 401(k) Savings Plan with company contributions, health, dental, vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
