As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be part of the team responsible for successfully delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities.

• Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences.
• Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences.
• Curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment.

• Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise.
• Deliver world‑class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments.
• Build deep and personalized connections with clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to Aritzia.

• Welcome clients.
• Match clients with their product and direct them to the right Service Counter.
• Prepare the product to be processed.
• Efficiently and accurately process transactions.
• Package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience.
• Support operations at the Service Counter.

• Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients.
• Strategically place product in the backroom.
• Uphold the standards of product display.
• Enable seamlessly integrated cross‑channel shopping experiences.
• Support the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations.

• Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients.
• Strategically place product on the sales floor.
• Translate the product story in our boutiques.
• Validate the standards of product display.
• Enable seamlessly integrated cross‑channel shopping experiences.
• Support the seamless operations of all aspects of the boutique space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations.

The typical hiring range for this position is $20‑$30 per hour.
