• As a Sales Associate, act as the brand ambassador and guide customers' shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations.
• Maintain a beautiful store appearance by keeping merchandise organized and correctly placed on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to create personalized customer experiences and uphold a consistently inviting environment.
• Engage with customers to understand needs, share product knowledge, and provide recommendations to style the customer.
• Use brand behaviors and service to drive brand loyalty and deliver a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations and build productive relationships with colleagues.

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient with the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Willingness to take initiative and make thoughtful decisions.
