Summary
Part-Time Operations Associate supporting back-of-house efficiency and client services at a retail location in Troy Somerset. The role focuses on inventory control, store systems, and managing the daily appointment calendar to deliver a seamless client experience. Successful candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities- Manage inventory processes and stock accuracy
- Provide client services, host guests, and manage appointments and waitlists
- Maintain store facilities and systems to ensure operational efficiency
- Support repairs and after-sales service and follow standard procedures
- Adhere to company policies and contribute to a seamless client experience
- Experience working in a retail environment with a focus on operations and client services
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing communication and hosting abilities
- Familiarity with inventory systems and appointment/calendar management
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Available to work a part-time retail schedule
