What Will You Be Doing?
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track and manage customer interactions using our store-specific CRM system.
- Stay informed about new Toyota products, features, and accessories — and share your knowledge with enthusiasm.
- Attend manufacturer and in-house training courses to stay ahead in a fast-paced industry.
- Follow up with sales leads and current customers to maximize opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships that go beyond the sale.
- Have fun and bring positive energy to every customer interaction!
- 2+ years of prior automotive sales experience, preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a powerful desire to succeed.
- Friendly, outgoing, and polished professionals who thrive in a team environment.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using technology and dealership systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve personal and team goals.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
- Represent Toyota — a brand known for innovation, quality, and long-term value.
