Sales Development Representative

You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. • Mon–Thurs: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Fri: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
• Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
• Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
• Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening
• Pre‑qualify leads before transferring to a licensed Loan Officer

• Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
• At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred (Phone, Car, Financial, Insurance, Fitness, Solar)
• Candidates should feel comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in this role
• A self‑motivated and target‑driven mindset, with a focus on achieving six‑figure goals, is necessary

$16 - $18 hourly + commission
