Position: Medical Device Sales Representative (Metro Detroit)

Overview

ORTHOPEDIC SALES REPRESENTATIVE – ARTHREX DETROIT
JOIN THE ARTHREX DETROIT TEAM! We’re Arthrex Detroit, the exclusive Arthrex distributor for Southeast Michigan. Our mission is simple: help surgeons treat their patients better. We do that by bringing cutting-edge orthopedic products to surgeons and supporting them with world-class education. We’re growing and looking for Orthopedic Sales Representatives to join our team in a variety of specialties (Sports Medicine, Foot & Ankle/Trauma, Arthroplasty, and more).

Through the interview process, we’ll work with you to match your strengths to the right team and specialty — and we aim to place you in a territory closer to your home.

What you’ll do
  • Build relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Educate customers on Arthrex’s innovative products and surgical techniques.
  • Drive sales growth by supporting cases in the operating room and beyond.
  • Partner with your teammates to cover call schedules and meet team goals.

What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, sales, marketing, or health field).
  • Strong communication and relation shipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, high accountability environment.
  • Comfortable working in surgical/operating room settings.
  • Sales experience (especially in B2B or healthcare) is a plus, but we also welcome driven candidates eager to grow into the role.
