TL Connection is looking to add a sales-focused business development person to our team. We are the premier Corporate Wellness Company that specializes in developing personalized, science-based wellness programs tailored to the unique needs of any corporate environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have a 4-year degree, a strong interest in sales and 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in wellness.
We are willing to train the right candidate. We are a well-positioned growing business in the wellness industry.
- Develop business opportunities that result in revenue growth
- Obtain sales with new and existing customers
- Develop and maintain close relationships with customers to ensure we maintain our position as a preferred supplier and that we have an awareness of all sales opportunities.
- Ensure we get and stay on all relevant lists of preferred suppliers.
- Generate leads
- Attend and participate in presentations and meetings
- Review quote packages with management.
- Determine strategy and best approach for proposals.
- Assist with pricing
- Follow up and ensure receipt of purchase order
- Attend project kick-off meeting
- Price and handle any changes to the project
- Act as primary customer liaison
- Support the organization with scaling the business and product/service delivery
- Some travel is an essential requirement of this position.
- Must have highly developed communication skills and relationship skills.
- Must have very strong presentation skills and the necessary software skills (MS Office Suite).
- Position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, communications or marketing, ideally in the wellness field.
Education Requirements:
A 4-year degree is preferred, not required.
Experience Requirements: 3 years’ prior sales experience required, ideally in a start-up environment. Demonstrated experience growing and scaling a business. Experience with identifying, planning and executing trade shows.
