We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to support business development and customer management in the U.S. automotive market. This role focuses on new customer acquisition, new project development, and long-term customer relationship management.

• Develop new customers and identify new business and project opportunities
• Lead and follow up on new project development and implementation, including participation in early-stage technical reviews
• Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships and manage customer project information
• Handle customer complaints efficiently by quickly identifying issues and coordinating effective solutions
• Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred)
• Native or fluent English speaker (Chinese language skills are a strong plus)
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently across the United States and Mexico
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• High stress tolerance with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
• Prior experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sales is preferred
