Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Consultant / Manager to support our sales and customer engagement efforts while progressing into expanded leadership responsibilities. This role is designed for motivated professionals seeking a long‑term career in sales with a clear path for growth, advancement, and increased responsibility based on performance.

Growth & Advancement
  • Initial focus on individual sales performance and mastery of sales scripts & systems
  • Performance-based progression into Manager responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with potential customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Present products and services in a clear, professional manner
  • Manage leads and document interactions using CRM software
  • Follow up with prospects and support the sales cycle from initial contact to completion
  • Meet individual performance goals and contribute to overall team objectives
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, conference calls, and team development activities
  • As performance milestones are achieved, assist with mentoring and supporting new sales consultants
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to learn and apply new sales processes and technology
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and strong follow‑through
  • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
