Insurance Agent - Medicare

FSA Insurance Agency is looking for charismatic and detail‑oriented Medical Insurance Agents to join our growing team! We offer salary, commission for every sale closed, and additional bonus opportunities. NO CHARGE BACKS for MAPD sales! We are also providing Medicare Supplements to our clients.

You will already have solid experience in customer service, call center, sales, or related fields. You understand how to listen to customer needs with patience and present products/answer questions that meet those needs clearly and efficiently. You are positive, passionate, and productive. You are comfortable with computers and utilizing multiple screens and programs at once.

• Insurance Producer License (Preferred)

• Reports directly to the Sales Team Leads, who will train you closely in the first few weeks and be available thereafter for support and regular meetings to review sales accomplishments and challenges.
• Sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and PDP via inbound leads (no cold calling at all).
• Stay productive by taking outbound leads throughout the day and making time for follow‑ups and callbacks.
• Maintain all compliance requirements of the sales calls and follow recommendations from call audits.
