Powersport Sales Associate

Troy Powersports is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our growing team! You'll work directly with customers in-store, over the phone, and via email—guiding them through the exciting process of selecting their next vehicle, gear, or equipment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s experienced in the powersports world—either professionally or recreationally

• Build relationships and assist customers in choosing the right ride
• Respond to inquiries on:
  • Snowmobiles
  • ATVs & Side‑by‑Sides
  • Power Equipment
• Stay current on manufacturer promotions and inventory
• Recommend accessories and upgrades to enhance the ride
• Work with our Parts & Service teams to get vehicles showroom ready
• Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom that reflects our brand
• Confident and personable with a passion for powersports
• Strong communicator—phone, email, and face‑to‑face
• Customer-focused with a willingness to learn
• Able to work Saturdays as part of your regular schedule
