• Lead generate daily
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Consult with buyers & sellers in person
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
• Participate in weekly team meetings and trainings

• Licensed real estate agent
• Motivated sales professional with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Proficient in receiving feedback and adapting to overcome challenges
• Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
• Cooperative and supportive team player
• Eager to embrace coaching and continuously develop professional skills
• Well‑organized with effective time management abilities
• Willing to learn and master scripts and communication strategies

$100,000 - $199,000 USD Yearly. This is a commission based position.
