We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team and revolutionize the way we connect with mortgage brokers. No prior experience is required – training is provided.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively reach out to mortgage brokers through cold calling and personalized communication to introduce them to our platform.
- Build strong, long‑lasting partnerships with brokers by understanding their needs and providing support to help them succeed.
- Maintain and update our CRM with progress and all communications to ensure a seamless process.
- Work in a cooperative culture that promotes professional and personal growth.
- Showcase leadership skills and advance within an expanding team.
This is a full‑time, office‑based position in a modern, comfortable environment at our Troy, Michigan office. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
Qualifications- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach to learning.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Recent graduate (preferred) or 0–2 years of professional experience.
- Associate’s degree required.
- Annual salary starting at $50,000 with bonus potential.
