Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer‑specific strategic sales plans and forecasts in line with organizational goals.
• Achieve budgeted sales revenue and agreed‑upon prices within assigned accounts, acting as the voice of the customer within Presta.
• Define and implement customer‑specific growth strategies, including pricing, communication, and relationship building to maximize value for short‑ and long‑term business.
• Manage sales forecast accuracy for responsible accounts and monitor markets and product lines to meet changing market needs.
• Report business analysis and market trends, adapting the sales strategy accordingly.
• Forge technical and commercial relationships with clients and internal teams, expanding and nurturing the business network.
• Inform strategic decisions with market dynamics, competitive landscapes, sales forecasts, account roadmaps, and identified opportunities.
• Attend meetings in Presta plants and sales offices, participate in weekly staff meetings, support customer visits/audits, etc.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years as an account manager in the automotive market.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suites on a Windows operating system.
• Experience with SAP integrated business software is a plus.
