This full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role is based in Troy, MI. In this position, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored automotive solutions. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting vehicles, providing product consultations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing long-term client relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service excellence
• Exceptional Communication skills and ability to build trust with clients
• Experience in Consulting and focusing on customer needs
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment
• Self-motivated with a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training is preferred
