Job Overview
We are hiring an In-Home Design Consultant in Gaylord, MI. This role focuses on sales and design of bathroom remodels, working full‑time (six days a week) with flexible hours and Saturdays and some evenings.
Qualifications- Sales or design experience required.
- Preferred: minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Clean driving record and background check.
- Driver’s license required.
- Ability to relocate to Northern Michigan.
- Annual salary range: $150,000 – $300,000 (plus uncapped commission).

- Paid time off and flexible schedule.
- Training and support for full schedules, qualified leads, and decision‑maker presence.
Monday to Saturday with some weekday evenings. On the road.
