As a Business Development Manager within PNC’s Financial Wellness Solutions, you will be primarily based in Troy, MI or Toledo, OH. You will work with clients to develop and drive a financial wellness program aligned with organizational goals and objectives, providing solutions such as health and benefit accounts, student debt solutions, earned wage access, and other financial wellness offerings.
Job DescriptionThe role employs a consultative sales approach to acquire new business relationships and work with client services teams to support the growth of a book of business. Experience selling to professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, wholesale, or general services is preferred.
Key responsibilities include acquiring and expanding client relationships, handling origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of non-credit products, managing risk, and providing insights to enhance client engagement and loyalty. You will present the full range of PNC's products and services, leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities, and demonstrate product knowledge and industry benchmarking.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $63,750 – $106,250. Salary may vary by location and experience. The role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
