What You'll Be Doing- Lead commercial strategy and relationship management across key Japanese OEM accounts, with a primary focus on Toyota.
- Drive year-on-year revenue and profitability growth through strategic account development.
- Build senior-level customer relationships across engineering, purchasing, and leadership functions.
- Partner with technical and project teams to deliver solutions that support customer objectives and long-term growth.
- Proven experience managing Toyota or other Japanese OEM automotive accounts.
- Track record of delivering commercial growth within the automotive supply chain.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders across technical and commercial functions.
- Experience operating within complex, solution-led sales environments.
You're a commercially minded account leader who understands how Japanese OEMs operate and knows how to build trusted long-term partnerships. You enjoy strategic customer engagement, thrive with autonomy, and are motivated by the opportunity to influence growth within a highly respected automotive business. You're equally comfortable engaging senior customer stakeholders and collaborating internally to deliver successful outcomes.
