Sales Representative, Major Accounts

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts. This is a hybrid role located within a designated geographic territory.

In this role you will sell human resources technology to companies with 50–999 employees, manage complete sales cycles, and forecast the sales pipeline. You will focus on:

• Conducting field sales and building a book of business.
• Documenting and managing multiple sales cycles through implementation.
• Serving as a trusted advisor and ambassador to clients and internal partners.
• Collaborating daily with cross‑functional teams to reach sales goals.

• Proven track record of closing sales and managing territory.
• Positive self‑starter with cold‑calling, time‑management, and articulate presentation skills.
• Fearless in embracing opportunities and challenging the status quo.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, resourcefulness, and resilience under pressure.
• Trusted advisor who builds relationships, lives with integrity, and delivers on promises.

A college degree is desirable but not required. Acceptable experience includes:

• Two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
• Three or more years in HCM, technology, or related sales.
• Military experience, recognized for discipline and problem‑solving.

• Ability to build a network and use social media effectively for sales.

Base salary range: $85,000–$91,000 (may vary by location and experience). Additional compensation can include bonus, equity, and commissions.
