PositionSales Specialist – Toyota Weatherstrip Sales department at Toyoda Gosei North America headquartered in Troy, MI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage orders from customers and coordinate with AMC team members.
- Prepare, submit and negotiate pricing for pre‑production and prototype orders.
- Diligently track and record all orders and quotes in the appropriate worksheets and systems.
- Manage open issues with AMCs and external customers including ordering, quality, and delivery.
- Work cross‑functionally to coordinate pre‑production and prototype concerns with the customer.
- Drive optimization by being actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts.
- Function in a highly collaborative environment where flexibility and teamwork is critical to success.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 1–4 years of experience in an Engineering or Sales function preferred.
- Previous experience in a Sales role preferred.
