• Manages and is accountable for a large team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives within the home health service line.
• Responsible for region achieving budget numbers based upon goals.
• Consistently mentors and trains the team on new initiatives, market trends, and company messaging.
• Generates quarterly business reviews with each AE, RSD, and region.
• Manages territory account relationships.
• Identifies new talent and assists with clinical and non‑clinical recruitment efforts.
• Strategically positions the team to target large accounts, systems, and partnerships.
• Holds quarterly sales meetings and provides weekly updates to the team.
• Ensures the region meets budgeted admissions and census goals.
• Performs field coaching and ride‑alongs with each AE and RSD at minimum quarterly to provide consistent and thorough coaching.
• Supports the team in day‑to‑day processes, identifies opportunities, and helps overcome obstacles.

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or a business‑related field.
• Five or more years of healthcare sales leadership experience.
• Home health and/or hospice experience preferred.
• Detail oriented and self‑directed.
• Proven critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Technology savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is required.
