Role OverviewWe are hiring a Senior Clinical Effectiveness Specialist in the Heart Valve, Cardiac Ablation and Revascularization businesses (Surgical Based Therapies) to provide administrative, sales, and training support to the sales team in an assigned territory.
Position Responsibilities- Hybrid sales/training role.
- Provide administrative, sales, and training support to the sales function.
- Support specific sales training activities and act as a remote Clinical Specialist, performing clinical specialist duties.
- Support field personnel in providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers.
- Partner with the US Sales Team to provide customer case support and identify growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support teams.
- Serve as a technical resource to support sales of a specific medical product or solution.
- Create analytics for business optimization.
- Regularly educate and train new hires and junior colleagues.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
- or Advanced degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
- Preference will be given to local qualified candidates and those with Medtronic experience.
- Experience in cardiovascular space.
- Track record of success in a high‑pressure environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and successfully follow through with a strategic plan.

- Frequent required travel to customer clinics, hospitals and off‑site meetings. Employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
- Available/willing to work/travel weekends and evenings.
- This position requires on‑call time.
- Continuous verbal and written communication.
- Ability to transport product/equipment from car to hospital.
- Sitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight plus hours per day.
- Environmental exposures include eye protection, infectious disease and radiation.
- Ability to travel extensively with ease (approx. 10% of time).
- Must be able to drive approximately 80% of the time within assigned territory.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy; driving record will be reviewed.

Benefits & CompensationSalary ranges for U.S. (excl. PR) locations (USD): $86,400.00 – $. This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP) and for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) for achieving or exceeding goals.
