• Base salary: $40K–$50K plus uncapped commission
• On-target earnings: $80K–$110K in Year 1

This is a high-impact role where you will own your book of business, work a mix of warm inbound leads and outbound prospecting, and have a clear path to six-figure earnings.

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and repeat business
• Engage prospects through calls, email, and networking
• Present and sell marketing solutions using a consultative approach
• Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
• Manage pipeline and activity within CRM
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs

• 2+ years of sales experience (B2B or marketing preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated
• Experience using a CRM system
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
