Position Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed AOP, sales budget, and account development targets (QoQ and YoY)
- Develop and execute accurate and ongoing sales plans to achieve sales objectives
- Maintain and grow market share across all product lines
- Identify opportunities within current and new customer base; develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and account penetration
- Leverage the full product portfolio to maximize sales and share performance
- Monitor key market trends and competitive information, informing sales management of relevant data and changes
- Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas to maintain optimum exposure and effective time management
- Effectively manage expenses to drive business growth and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Adhere to financial, regulatory, quality compliance standards and requirements
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers, administrators, and other stakeholders to drive business and therapy adoption
- Drive value in accounts through disciplined pricing, achieving strong ASPs
- Use contracts effectively to drive high compliance and pull‑through of all products
- Leverage APV, Corporate Accounts, and CVG partnerships to capitalize on partnership and contracting opportunities
- Probe to understand and confirm customer needs, effectively engaging and overcoming objections
- Plan and manage referral marketing resources to drive expected outcomes
- Build consensus, gain appropriate commitments, and close business
- Plan and deliver effective sales/product presentations to customers
- Maintain and expand existing business; develop new business opportunities
- Represent the company at industry conferences, targeting specific customers to gain sales leads and promote the product range
- Develop and implement strategies to counter competitors
- Educate customers to ensure products and features are understood and used effectively
- Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly and effectively
- Plan cases with physicians, manage expectations, and improve outcomes when supporting cases
- Engage physicians in clinical conversations about advantages of the Peripheral Vascular products
- Conduct all business with customers in a manner that adheres to ethics, compliance guidelines, and FDA requirements
- Work with internal functions (marketing, customer service, finance, etc.) to meet inventory management audits, customer service protocols, and other targets
- Communicate market intelligence, competitor activity, and sales leads to the District Sales Manager and other appropriate personnel
- Contribute to a strong team effort
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience*
- Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience*
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience
* * Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- 4+ years’ experience in B2B or Medical Sales
- Degree in biological science or business preferred
- Knowledge & experience in operating room, hospital & physician office protocol/conduct
- Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel
- Top 10% past performance;
