JOB LOCATION: Troy, MI / USA

EXPERIENCE: 15 + Years
MODE OF HIRING: Permanent / Full Time

  • Build a solid sales organization to expand company’s presence across different geographical markets within the U.S
  • Manage the sales engine to generate qualified prospects/customers, create consistent sales funnel, complete customer proposals, conduct onsite customer presentations, negotiate contract within established guidelines on price and contract terms. Identify and implement incentive schemes to propel growth.
  • Establish solid working relationships with the company’s leadership and management, as well as key Service Delivery Executives within HTC
  • Complete organizational mapping of service offerings with respect to markets and segment to focus on differentiators. Understand all buyers and buying influences, identification of key customer and buyer priorities, use weekly planning to overcome red flags.
  • Serve as Client Relationship Development Partner for significant client prospects and new clients. Duties will include relationship development, management, and ultimate responsibility for ensuring longevity of the service relationship. Success will be measured on new client acquisition, development of long‑term “institutionalized client relationships and the profitable achievement of HTC growth and revenue objectives.
  • Manage and monitor quarterly territory plan (includes individual Account Plans) and participate in monthly and quarterly sales target reviews with deviation analysis.

Promote the use of CRM to document all accounts and customers with contact information and demographics, add all potential sales into opportunities and have monthly/quarterly forecast current.
