Retirement Planner​/Financial Advisor

Golden Reserve is searching for an experienced financial sales professional to conduct client meetings and uphold our processes and standards. Our full‑service RIA and insurance firm provides pre‑qualified leads, a flat‑fee client pricing model, and partnerships with estate planning and CPA firms.

We build a company that sources leads so you can focus on building retirement plans and helping retirees, without the burden of building a book of business.

• Base salary $150,000–$200,000
• Guaranteed $25,000 salary increase beginning in second year
• Uncapped production and bonus compensation
• Pre‑qualified leads – no book of business required

• Three years or more of new‑client financial services sales experience
• Active State Life & Health Insurance Licenses
• Series 65 or equivalent
• GRIT – accountability, ownership, problem‑solving, and toughness
