The role involves understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and making strategic recommendations. Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify pest activity, educate customers, design customized protection plans, and build trusted relationships.

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftop areas, including climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
