ResponsibilitiesThe role involves understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and making strategic recommendations. Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify pest activity, educate customers, design customized protection plans, and build trusted relationships.

- Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
- Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
- Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
- Design customized protection plans based on each customer’s needs.
- Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
- Follow up on company‑provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
- Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftop areas, including climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Be willing to work in different weather conditions.
