Role Description
The Manager of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Troy, MI, responsible for leading sales activities and driving revenue growth for automotive parts. This role oversees day‑to‑day sales operations, including managing sales pipelines, setting targets, tracking performance, and coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
The Manager of Sales builds and maintains relationships with OEMs and other key customers, prepares and presents proposals and quotations, and negotiates contracts in alignment with company objectives. The position also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, contributing to business planning, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams on pricing, product positioning, and customer service initiatives.
The Manager of Sales is expected to mentor and guide sales team members, uphold quality and compliance standards, and represent Sinjin Texas professionally in meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Contact:

- Strong Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated Business Planning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop growth strategies.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients, internal stakeholders, and partners.
- Proven ability to apply Analytical Skills to market and competitive analysis, pricing decisions, and sales reporting.
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing sales is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in a sales leadership or management role, including coaching and developing sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) for sales tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work on‑site in Troy, MI and travel as needed to customer locations or industry events.
