Job Summary

As a Sales Associate at Car Guys Inc, you will be responsible for generating new business by prospecting potential clients in the automotive industry. You will be expected to develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, effectively communicate the value of Car Guys Inc services, and negotiate deals to meet revenue goals.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the automotive industry
• Prospect potential clients and conduct sales calls to introduce Car Guys Inc services
• Effectively communicate the value of Car Guys Inc services to clients and candidates
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for achieving revenue goals
• Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with trends and network with potential clients
• Collaborate with recruiters to identify and match candidates with job opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

The Sales Associate position at Car Guys Inc offers a competitive base salary of $80k - $120k, with recurring commissions paid monthly. The compensation package also includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
